"Earth Hour" is the WWF (WWF) issued a global initiative, called on individuals, communities, enterprises and governments in March 2009 in the evening of 28 one-hour lights out 20:30 to show the public to reach a new global the Protocol to address climate change support.
Excessive carbon dioxide emissions cause climate change threat has been greatly to the survival of mankind on earth. Only by changing our global carbon dioxide emissions for the public's attitude in order to reduce this threat to our impact.March 28 evening 8:30 to 9:30, the world's 24 time zones, more than 80 countries, nearly 3,000 cities and towns, about 10 million people, through the closure of part of building lighting, home lighting from the world take part in a WWF launched the "Earth Hour" lights out relay to raise awareness of climate change alert, Chang lead the public to establish the concept of environmental protection energy-saving emission reduction.
Lights for one hour, is not a simple routine. It is our response to that is a duty, a sense of our practical actions to make the model.Although, this can save one hours of energy, resources will only be a drop in the bucket, it is impossible for the world to make much contribution to the cause of environmental protection, it is believed that each of us still want to slowly bit by bit to start, after all, there is the beginning, our efforts will have a direction.So I think we should start from ourselves from small things to save our earth.

Journey of a thousand miles
Before I reading this book, I think it is boring and unrealistic. But when I finished , I found I am wrong.
In this book is mainly about Lang Lang's experience, such as his childhood, education, race, and his opportunities. He loves music, especially piano, in order to it, he went to Beijing from Shenyang to the United States, and finally won the whole world. Before reading this book I feel that Lang Lang's home should be a relatively good background in order to allow the development of his career so well. In his childhood, no matter how hot, he must practice everyday in the rental room, without the air conditioning. If he has not scholaship, he can not go the United States, because he has no money to buy the air ticket. Because of his persistence, his efforts, finally he did not miss the opportunity, because a number of coincidence, he become successful.
"Opportunity has always been left to the people of the preparation." This is true, after reading this book, I have a feeling that opportunities are not left behind their own, are to rely on for yourself, even if you have great ability, not effort. Finally you will not succeed.

Music scholar versus Musician
Music is one of the most important thing around the world. Lots of people love music, they need to hear music. There are also many kinds of music such as Classical music, Pop music, Jazz music and so on. Most people will thinking that the person who does the music is called musician, in fact it is really a totally wrong idea. In the music world it is not all the people called musician, beside the musician there are also some people who research the things about music, they are music scholars. Also there are many differences between these 2 kinds of people who are doing things about music.
Music scholar and musician focus on, is different. For music scholars, lots of them is doing the things relative to music, but they never act as a performer make any music to their audience. Their mainly job is doing some research, such as the history of a piece and what had happened when the composer compose the piece, or how the piano developed as a solo instrument. They are the scholars of the music field, most time they have to explain to people and musicians what had happened by use the things they researched. I think their jobs is kind of help musician to make music better.
Musician is the people who play music to others, their main job is creating music work to other people, by using their play to expressing the motions to move other people. No matter the person is making music idea (composer) or playing, they are all called musician. The conductor, orchestra player, singer, pop singer or Jazz music player, all these kind people belong to Musician.
They play music, maybe they also doing the research. They are not only focus on the theory, they spend most time for put the theory into practice. They also can find some other way which cannot explain but can use on their playing.
Thus, music scholar and the musician are totally 2 kinds of people. Musician also can be a music scholar, but music scholar may not be a musican.

what the music means to me
In my childhood, I like music so much.It is very funny that every time I hear music I always can not help but dance.When I was young,I already can singing many songs.My parents feel that I have music talent, so let me started learning music.In the very beginning, I go to ordinary school so I just studied chinese instrument--Yangqin.Later, my parents decided to send me to music school to study music,then I change the instrument.And I began studied viola in the ShenZhen Arts School.
To me,music is part of my life.Because of this road is very far and difficult, but also happy and interesting.When I practice,I really enjoy that I can imagine many things,like some beautiful views,some interesting stories.And when I play viola to my friends, I will feel proud and confidence.But when I practiced a bad time, I also feel the loss, sadness.Music like my moods.If I can play so good a few hours,I will be happy whole day.No matter what I eat fully or sleep well, if I am not practicing a day, I will feel empty and uncomfortable.So, music also like foods and water to me.
